I had rhinoplasty nearly 14 years at Transgorm with Dr Saif Khan. I had a dorsal hump filed down and my tip was reduced which i wasn't planning on. The result was far from perfect. I have a lumpy piece of cartliage on the tip of my nose and my nose isn't straight at all. I also have lots of irregularities on the bridge. I have lived with the result as never wanted to go through surgery again...
